If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. 

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

 1. Return

We aim to deliver only the best-quality products to our customers. Every item goes through a final quality check before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please make sure to record an open-box delivery video and notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Our support team will carefully review your case and let you know if a return or replacement is possible.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note:

  • Our team will inspect the returned item. If the damage is found to be caused by improper handling from your side, we will not be able to process a return or refund.
  • Returns made without a valid reason or without following the above steps will not be accepted.

We’re here to help and will do our best to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.

2. Refund

If you need a refund or replacement, simply reach out to the Moiley.com customer support team. One of our representatives will visit for verification. Once the issue is confirmed, we will either replace the product or provide a full refund.
(Product replacement is subject to availability. If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued instead.)

Once we receive the returned product, we’ll begin the refund process. You can expect the refund to be credited to your original payment method within 10 days.
In rare cases where delays occur, we will inform you promptly via email or phone.

    3. Warranty

    The warranty period varies depending on the product you purchase and is clearly mentioned on each product page. We recommend reviewing the warranty details carefully before placing your order.

    Please note:

    • If the product is damaged or misused by the customer, the warranty will be void, and we will not be liable for any warranty claims or returns.
    • For some products, the warranty is provided directly by the seller. If your product is still under warranty, you should contact the seller directly for support.
    • Moiley.com is not responsible for warranty claims on products where the seller provides direct warranty service.

    3. Installation

    We currently offer installation services in Ahmedabad for selected products. If you’re located in Ahmedabad and your product qualifies for installation, our team will coordinate with you to schedule the service after delivery.

    For customers outside Ahmedabad, installation services are not available at this time. You will need to arrange installation through a local technician or service provider in your area.
