If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
1. Return
- We do not typically accept returns for our products. However, in certain cases where you receive damaged or incorrect items, our expert team will review the situation and determine whether a return is applicable or not.
- We are delivering the best product to the customer by processing final quality taste of the product but still if you are getting damaged or defective product then you have to inform us within a five days from the purchase to get refund or replacement.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Our representative check damaged product if you have broken or anything wrong with the product from your side then we are not liable for return and refund.
- Return will be not applicable if you are doing return of the product without any cause.
2. Refund
- To get refund or replacement of the product, You can simply talk with moiley.com customer support team, then our representative come for verification and after that you will get your full refund or replacement of the product (Replacement of a product would be a subject to the availability of that particular product otherwise you will get full refund).
- Once we get return of the product we will initiate return from our side and you will get full refund of your products within 10 days. (In some cases If Any delay occurred in refund due to some reason we will inform you via email or call)
2. Warranty
- The warranty depends on the product you are purchasing, and the warranty period is indicated on all products. Please read the warranty information before making a purchase.
- If you damaged product or do something wrong with the product by your own then product warranty will be automatically expired and we will no longer liable for anything warranty or return.
- For some of the products, the seller provides a warranty. If your product is still within the warranty period after purchase, you should directly contact the seller. We are not responsible for products covered by warranty.
3. Installation
- The installation of products depends on the product you are purchasing, and the installation charges are mentioned on the checkout page or product page. Therefore, please read it carefully before making a purchase
- During installation, if any additional accessories are required that are not included on the Moiley.com product page, you will need to pay extra for those parts as instructed by the installation personnel.
